Well what the heck since nobody will show anything I will get the ball rolling. I would say this one will be thrown out do to poor picture quality. (probably my fault but I will blame the camera phone) ;D ;D Caught him on x-rap, really thought he was a nice smally the way he hit it like a train, so I think he deserves the respect of a pic. 18 inches I may try to photo shop to clear the numbers some. 11 inch girth Better pic of the tail, not pinched Alright guys I know somebody can beat that. I weighed it at 3.1. Managed 7 today 6 smallies. Biggest was 17 3/4 inches weight 3.5 #, full of eggs. Did have a buddy today catch a 6.6 smally while walleye fishing on the Clinch with one of my hair jigs. Just remember to use the calculator it said it weighed 2.97 pounds.

Nice fish Stonewall. That fish almost looks like a spot which by the rules would make it a LM. At least for now you are leading the Lm catagory. Dont forget that you can enter as many as you want and that the SM and LM are different catagories so you can have fish entered in both. Fish2win

Very good eye fish2win, it is a spot. My backseat partner today caught a 4.3 ky (spot) on the Rattlin Rouge it was full of eggs. All of the smallmouth we caught where males and below 18 inches.

Fished yesterday evening and had 3 keeper smallmouth but no camera and my live well would not pump water, not worth the chance to get to the truck/camera. Went back this morning and the fishing was very slow and overall most of the fish where small. But I did manage 2 keeper smallmouth with this one being the biggest. 20 3/4 inches 14 inches of girth another pic of the tail calculator says 5.2 pounds. Friday they where crushing the jerkbait, today they would follow but not hit it at any speed, so I had to downsize to the X-rap 8.

Well guys the first quarter is over and today starts the 2nd quarter of the big fish contest. Congrats to FishinRod for winning the LM award and to Stonewall for his really great 11th hour smallmouth catch. Both guys will recieve a few lures from Chris Henderson at 1limit along with a certificate and a surprise gift from Fish2win. Remember each quarter there will be winners for the LM and SM catagory and the biggest fish in each for the year will win grand prize. Good catch guys. Fish2win
